Regulations
You must understand and accept the rules and regulations below.
- 1.It is mandatory to accept the regulations and follow directions of the organizer throughout the entire race.
- 2.It is not possible to change or cancel your entry after you complete your registration. The organizer will not refund for any reason.
- 3.The organization reserves the right to modify the courses or cancel the race at any moment in the case of unfavourable weather conditions, deseases, incidents etc. We will decide whether you will have a refund or not, the amount of that, the way of the notification.
- 4.If you injured during the race, the official first-aiders would help you. The organizer will not take full responsibility for the how and why. Participants are required to be semi self-sufficient and responsible for physical and mental condition.
- 5.If it appears that a runner is in difficulty or seriously injured, miss the cut-off time(or that is obvious), the runner must follow the organizer’s directions.
- 6.Although the organizer has taken out an insurance for the event, it does not necessarily promise a full coverage of the actual cost. The organization suggests that each participant has an individual insurance which will cover any costs of injuries or accidents for the duration of the event.
- 7.Each participant waives the rights of the images, articles and records (personal information such as name, age, gender etc.) and allows the organization and its partners to use and publish freely any photo or video taken within the framework of the event.
- 8.The personal information of each participant is not used for any purpose other than that related to this event.
- 9.The organizer revokes the entry and awards of the participants who breach rules or regualations, and resoleves whether the participants are able to take part in the event in the future.
Also the organizer will not rescue or give a refund to such a violator.

Others
- 1.Participants are required to be semi self-sufficient for own gear including food and drinks. The organizer recommends that each participant carries more than 500ml of water. A raincoat is mandatory.
- 2.The organizer will notify on the official website when the regulations or rules need to be modified or corrected.
- 3.Be considerate of other trail and road users at all times.
- 4.Ensure your own health. If you feel sick or another runners are injured or in distress, please do not hesitate to ask for help. The official first-aiders are ready at each checkpoint.
- 5.Participants can leave their bags or baggage at a certain place. The organizer can not keep any valuables and is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
- 6.Please enjoy food booths.
- 7.Take your trush home with you. Thank you for your support.
- 8.Please use the designated parking space.
